Our Story

We had a vision for a different type of service company. We loved the idea of a small business owner taking personal responsibility and care in every detail of the business. We also admired how larger companies were able to add professionalism, technologies, and systems to ensure consistency and continuity across many locations and product offerings. We also longed for the days when companies took care of their people and employees were loyal to the company.  Our concept was incredibly simple in theory. We would find good people looking for a chance to take control over their career situation. We would hire the best people that we could find, pay them as much as possible and teach them how to become so valuable that they could own a portion of the company. Emerald Planet Lawns was launched in 2016 and fully intends to change the way landscape maintenance is done.
